Welcome to my WordPress site! My name is Yazan Abdulfattah and I am from Jordan currently Residing in Beirut for Higher Education purposes and I am 20 years old. I am currently in my last semester as a Chemistry major in the American University of Beirut and starting August 2020, I will be a medical student! It was a dream of mine to become a doctor ever since I was a kid. Having the ability to help others and offer them better lives is something I strive for, hence I decided being a doctor is the best thing I can do. I have chosen to take English 256D with doctor Najla Jarkas because I heard a lot of good things about this course and I was interested in how Digital Humanities function!
In my WordPress site I will be adding my Blogs alongside my Final DH project.
We are currently passing through an epidemic, however that won’t stop us from doing our best to continue our work on Digital Humanities and present it!
My group and I are working on an Orientalist project, where we will be working on the completion of a spreadsheet of Orientalist authors, through this we developed research questions which we will be attempting to find the answers to. We will make sure the Spreadsheet is free of errors and is as smooth and consistent as possible. We will also make sure everything in the spreadsheet is standardized.
